Matan Lis

Matan Lis has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Matan is currently working as the Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Director at Cellebrite, where they lead a team of 10 direct reports globally. Previously, they served as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at the same company. Before joining Cellebrite, Matan worked at Assuta Medical Centers, where they held various roles including Human Resources Director and Recruiting Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing recruitment processes, implementing HR projects, and leading employer branding strategies. Prior to that, Matan worked as a Recruiter and HR Specialist at Assuta Medical Centers and as a Human Resources Specialist at IAI.

Matan Lis earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a specialization in HR Management from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Matan Lis has obtained the MBTI Certified certification from The Israeli Center for MBTI.
