Douglas J. Swirsky

Mr. Swirsky was appointed as a director of Cellectar in April 2017 and Chairman of the Board in August 2017. Since February 2021, Mr. Swirsky has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of AavantiBio. He has more than two decades of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, having served as a director of, or in senior management positions at, a number of publicly held companies over the last 15 years and having provided counsel to corporate clients as a healthcare investment banker.
