Nino Gabelaia has a wealth of experience in the customer service industry, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Currently, Nino is the Head of the customer care department at Cellfie Mobile since April 2023, and also serves as a Customer Service Manager at VEON since January 2007. Nino is a valuable member of the Customer Experience Group and Digital Transformation Group, where responsibilities include overseeing the customer journey and implementing new IT systems for Customer Care.
