Dee Marrs, SHRM-SCP

Dee Marrs, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Dee began their career in 1982 at RR Donnelley in progressive roles in Sales and Operations. In 1997, they moved to IPC Communications where they managed a team-based sales to Hewlett Packard with global revenues of $25M and served as an internal HR coach to the executive team. Dee also held the role of Operations/Regional Manager and was responsible for P&L, human resources budgeting, manufacturing and administrative staffing. In 2002, Dee joined K/P Corporation as Vice President Human Resources and was responsible for meeting all organizational needs and implementations related to HR. In 2008, they became Vice President Human Resources and COO at Orthopaedic & Neurologic Rehabilitation, Inc. where they led an HR team of six across 11 states. In 2012, Dee moved to Business Ink Co. as Vice President Human Resources and was a strategic business advisor to the CEO, CFO and executive team. Dee then took on an interim position at AustinHR as a Senior HR Consultant before joining AustinPeopleWorks in 2019 as Senior HR Advisor. In 2021, they became Vice President Human Resources at CelLink Corporation.

Dee Marrs, SHRM-SCP holds a BS in Special Education from Virginia Commonwealth University with an emphasis on Behavioral Psychology. Dee also has a SPHR certification. Dee has also attended Southern Methodist University.
