Saurabh Kotkar

Saurabh Kotkar has a wealth of experience in the Quality Engineering field. Starting in 2013 as a Quality and Manufacturing Intern at Autocomp Corporation Panse Private Limited, they moved on to become a Manufacturing and Quality Engineer at Mahindra Rise in 2015. In 2018, they took on the role of Continuous Improvement Student Consultant at General Motors, followed by Supplier Quality Engineer (Supply Chain) at Faraday Future. In 2019, they joined Martinrea International as a Quality Engineer and then moved on to ZF Group as a Quality Engineer, where they performed best practice benchmarking for IBC (Integrated Brake Control) assembly and implemented statistical process control (SPC) to achieve Cp of 1.82 from 1.4 & Cpk of 1. Finally, they are currently Quality Engineering Manager at CelLink Corporation.

Saurabh Kotkar has a diverse education history. Saurabh holds a Master's degree in Global Automotive and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Masters in Manufacturing and Supply Operations from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Manipal ProLearn in 2017, Mahindra Yellow Belt from Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive, Farm Equipment and Agri Business] in 2016, AutoCAD from Envision Computer Training Institute (ECTI), C Language from SEED Infotech Ltd, and CATIA V5 from Indo-German Tool Room, Pune.
