Kiela de León Romo

Kiela De León Romo has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Consultant at The World Bank. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Business Strategist at Fulli Intelligence, a tech startup focused on the optimization of the health sector supply chain processes. Their responsibilities included strategic planning, brand identity, coordinating and managing a team, and securing funding. In 2022, they also completed an internship as an Internship Trainee at Versnellingsplan, where they contributed to the EdTech Startup in Residence workgroup for educational innovation. In 2023, they worked as a Business Development Associate at an unknown company and later joined CellMark as a Market Intelligence & Business Development professional.

Kiela De León Romo has a diverse educational background. Kiela completed their Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Amsterdam from 2021 to 2022. During the same period, they also pursued a Joint Master's degree in Entrepreneurship at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).

Before their Master's studies, Kiela attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2016 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business. While pursuing their bachelor's degree, they had the opportunity to study at Seoul National University in 2018 and 2019 as part of an exchange program. In 2014, they attended Tongji University for a summer academic program, where they earned a preparatory degree.

In terms of additional certifications, Kiela has achieved various qualifications. In 2023, they obtained the Foundations of Project Management certification from Google. Kiela also holds an Agile Project Management Certification from Google, obtained in November 2022. Additionally, they have a Business Analysis Foundations: Enterprise certification from LinkedIn, earned in October 2022. In 2018, Kiela successfully completed the HSK III Chinese proficiency test, certified by Mandarin House. Lastly, in 2016, they obtained the HSK III Chinese proficiency test certification from the Confucius Institute Headquarters.
