Matthew Anania has worked as a Product Manager for CellMark since June 2015. Prior to that, they worked at AnMar International Ltd. from May 2012 to June 2015, where they held the role of Assistant Manager/Accounting. Matthew'sresponsibilities at AnMar International Ltd. included managing accounts receivable and payable, cash management, inventory management, payroll processing, and providing general IT support.

Matthew Anania has a diverse education history. Matthew obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in both Finance and Accounting from Western Connecticut State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General from the University of Connecticut, where they studied between 2006 and 2010. Matthew also completed training programs at various institutions. Matthew attended the Food Safety Preventative Controls Alliance (FSPCA) and obtained a certificate in Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI) in 2019. In the same year, they participated in the Institute for Food Safety program at Cornell University, where they focused on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in Part 117 Manufacturing, Processing, Packing or Holding Human Food. Matthew also obtained expertise in the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) through training at the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance in 2017. Additionally, they received training in Internal Food Safety Auditing from Eurofins Training & Consulting in 2020 and completed a program in FSSC 22000 from the same institution in 2018.
