Ajay Pandita

SVP, Operations at CellMax Life

Ajay Pandita has extensive experience in the field of molecular genetics and research. Ajay began their career in 1996 as a Graduate Student at the Ontario Cancer Institute. In 2000, they moved to the Mayo Clinic where they served as a Post-doctoral Fellow, supporting research programs in molecular genetics of ovarian cancer. In 2002, they joined The Hospital for Sick Children as a Research Associate/Associate Scientist, managing a research lab and leading multiple projects. In 2006, they joined Genentech as a Scientist in Oncology Diagnostics. In 2011, they moved to Core Diagnostics, Inc. as Chief Scientific Officer, leading all scientific, technological, and research operations to drive business growth. In 2022, they joined CellMax Life as SVP of Operations.

Ajay Pandita completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology/Pathology at the University of Toronto between 1993 and 1999. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc.) in Vety. Pathology from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University between 1988 and 1990. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) in Veterinary Medicine from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University between 1983 and 1987.
