Joanna Cudzilo

Joanna Cudzilo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager at Cellnex Telecom since October 2021, Joanna leads the global internal mobility program and develops frameworks for employee growth. Prior to this, Joanna held the role of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, enhancing the company's reputation through strategic partnerships and employee advocacy. At Apeople Poland SF, Joanna focused on talent management, coordinating recruitment efforts and building client relationships. Earlier experience at GroundLink Holding involved leading recruitment initiatives for Ryanair cabin crew across multiple countries and managing employer branding campaigns. Joanna holds a Master's degree in Architecture from Warsaw University of Technology and a Postgraduate Degree in Employer Branding from Kozminski University.
