Magdalena Pawlak

Magdalena Pawlak has extensive work experience in the field of radio network engineering. Magdalena worked at Cellnex Telecom as a Radio Network Planning and Optimization Lead Engineer, where they conducted data analysis for 5G/4G/3G/2G cellular networks and managed Scrum projects. Additionally, they served as a Senior Radio Network Engineer at Cellnex Telecom and Polkomtel, where they were responsible for planning, configuring, analyzing, and optimizing cellular radio networks. Magdalena also designed radio planning and optimization tools, as well as tools for service quality analysis. Magdalena Pawlak has a strong background in Scrum-based RF Inventory web applications and has held the role of Product Owner for this application at both companies.

Magdalena Pawlak attended Warsaw University of Technology from 1996 to 2001, where they earned an M.Sc. and Engineer degree in Telecommunications at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology. In 2017, they enrolled at the EITCA Academy and obtained an EITCA/CG Computer Graphics Certificate in 2018. Magdalena pursued postgraduate studies in Accounting and Finance at the University of Warsaw from 2012 to 2013, at the Faculty of Management. In 2004, they completed postgraduate studies in Economics, Management, and Administration at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2005. Magdalena also holds various certifications, including Certified Scrum Professional®-Product Owner and Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2022 and 2020 respectively. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification and a Certified ScrumMaster certification in 2014.
