Yolanda Menal Martínez

Yolanda Menal Martinez is Cellnex's Global People Director. Prior to this, she was European HR Manager in the Supply Chain division and before that she was HR Manager in Spain, both at Unilever, a company in which she was a member of the management team for ten years. Before that, she was part of the management team of American Nike for nine years, where she was Human Resources Manager for Iberia and the South-Mediterranean region. Before her time at American Nike, she worked for nine years at SEAT, holding different posts within the human resources department. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona.
