Carsten Druchleben has a range of work experience in the electrical industry. Carsten currently holds the position of Head of Sales Energy&Infrastructure DACH at BBC Cellpack Electrical Products, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as Bereichsleiter VNB/OEM/IND Deutschland at the same company from January 2020 to November 2021. Before joining BBC Cellpack Electrical Products, Carsten was the Key-Account-Manager EVU Deutschland at the company from September 2018 to December 2019.
Before their time at BBC Cellpack Electrical Products, Carsten worked at NKT as the Regionaler Vertriebsleiter EVU Deutschland-Mitte / Österreich from June 2008 to August 2018. At TE Connectivity, they served as the Gebietsverkaufsleiter Elektrogroßhandel from December 2004 to May 2008. Carsten also gained experience at Legrand GmbH as a Bezirksverkäufer from January 2003 to November 2004. Additionally, they worked at Neef Elektrotechnik GmbH as an Auftragsleiter Großbaustellen from April 2000 to December 2002.
Carsten Druchleben has a diverse education history in various fields. In 1989 to 1993, they received training in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik at Werner-von-Siemens-Schule Frankfurt, where they completed their Ausbildung. During the same period, they also attended Siemens AG, where they specialized in Energieelektroniker Fachr. Anlagentechnik. In 1993 to 1994, Carsten enrolled in the Bundeswehr and pursued a degree in FlaRakEloMech / FlaRakPz Roland Kette. Continuing their military education, they completed the Unteroffizierslehrgang TerrRes at the Bundeswehr in 2018. Carsten then attended the Meisterschule / Handwerkskammer Rhein-Main in 1997 to 1998, where they earned a Meisterbrief in Elektrotechniker-Handwerk. Their most recent educational achievement is the completion of the Business Leadership "Expert Level" at Crestcom Führungsschulen Deutschland in 2022 to 2023.
