Associate Director of Program Management at Cellphire Therapeutics

Stephen Warner has a diverse work experience beginning in 2013 when they were a SharePoint Office Assistant at Brigham Young University - Idaho (BYU-Idaho). In this role, they expanded online operations from one site to a group of eight websites with workflow automation for 8 major campus organizations, reducing user errors and complaints by over 75 percent. Stephen also performed general system maintenance and innovated to ensure all organizational deadlines were supported by the system infrastructure.

In 2015, Stephen moved on to become a Research Assistant at the Southeast Idaho Research Institute. In this role, they presented on at Brigham Young University - Idaho's research and creative works conference and prepared literature review for publication. Stephen also researched methods for conducting electrical current through or across silicone models for use in measuring contact area of models during testing, as well as designed a high speed imaging apparatus using a DSLR camera, strobe light, and DAQ capable of high quality still images of rapidly oscillating models with precision to within 0.

Since 2016, Stephen has been working at Cellphire Therapeutics, Inc. in various roles. Stephen began as a Project Manager, then moved on to Acting Controller, and then Associate Program Control Manager. As Cellphire's Associate Program Control Manager, Stephen was responsible for enforcement and development of budgets, schedules, financial analysis, forecasts, and internal controls with a focus on control of financial and schedule risks with the goal to create the greatest value with the resources available. Stephen also reviewed and assessed financial and schedule outlooks with the team to prevent financial risks from detracting from their ability to bring their life saving products to as many people around the world as quickly and efficiently as possible. Additionally, Stephen was a Program Control Analyst, where they worked closely with the program manager to build program budgets and schedules for a multi-million dollar government contract. Their primary responsibilities included the planning and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), implementation and reporting of earned value management (EVM), execution of FAR compliance audits, and analysis of performance against key indicators.

Stephen Warner obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho between 2012 and 2016. Stephen has also obtained two certifications from Dassault Systèmes: a SolidWorks Associate - FEA certification in March 2014 and a SolidWorks Associate - Mechanical Design certification in April 2013.
