Customer Success Lead at Cellulant

Molly Kinyua has a diverse range of work experience. Molly started their career in 2014 as a Client Service Officer at Virtual City, where they were responsible for installing and troubleshooting software for clients. In 2016, they joined Faulu Microfinance Bank as an Information Technology Engineer, providing technical support for computer hardware, software, and mobile devices. Molly then worked as an ICT Engineer at Horsebridge Network Systems Ltd in 2017, where they protected systems and created project plans. Molly later joined Cellulant in 2018, initially as a Service Assurance Lead and then as a Customer Success Lead.
