Matthew Li

Matthew Li is an accomplished professional in the field of cell therapy and manufacturing, currently serving as Senior Director of Cell Therapy CMC at Tome Biosciences since May 2022. In addition to this role, Matthew Li has been a Strategic Advisor at Cellular Origins since November 2023. Prior experience includes key positions at Vor Biopharma, where Matthew Li was Associate Director and Principal Scientist leading cell therapy manufacturing innovation, and a Scientist at Takeda focusing on cell therapy CMC and process development. Matthew Li's research foundation was established at Massachusetts General Hospital as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Biomedical Engineering. Educational credentials include a PhD in Medical Engineering and Medical Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Bioengineering from UC San Diego.
