Johanna Gierse-Pyrczek completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences. Johanna pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (Part-Time) program from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Dipl.-Ing degree in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Aeronautik und Astronautik from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, studying from 2005 to 2012. Additionally, Johanna Gierse-Pyrczek had the opportunity to participate in an Auslandssemester program in the Department of Aerospace Engineering - Aeroelasticity at Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2009.
