Shay Laslo A. has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Starting in 2000 at Orange, they worked as a RAN Planning & Optimization Engineer for six years before becoming a Technical Lead in the RAN Engineering Department. Their responsibilities included cellular network-level optimization, testing and rollout deployment of new RAN vendor features. In 2013, Shay joined Cisco as a System Engineer, spending three years in the Cisco Mobility CTO Group and two and a half years in R&D/System Engineering of Cisco SON Business Unit. They acted as both a System Engineer and an Acting Product Owner. In 2018, Shay joined Cellwize as a Product Manager.
Shay Laslo A. holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, which was earned during the period from 2000 to 2004. In 2013, Shay then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Systems Engineering from the same institution, completing the program in 2017.
In terms of professional development, Shay obtained a professional product manager certification from pmsphere - Leading Products to Success in 2019. Additionally, Shay has obtained several additional certifications, including Presentation & Communication Skills from The Redhead Method in November 2020, Selling into Industries: Telecommunications from LinkedIn in October 2019, and Product Management First Steps from LinkedIn in August 2019.
