Geoffrey M. Kuesters

Geoffrey M. Kuesters has over two decades of experience in the biotechnology industry. From 2000 to 2001, they were an Intern at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., followed by a Research Associate role at Consensus Pharmaceuticals from 2001 to 2003. Geoffrey M. then worked as an Associate Scientist I-II at Biogen Idec from 2003 to 2006. After completing their PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Delivery Systems from Northeastern University in 2006, Kuesters worked as a Scientist I-II at Biogen from 2010 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Head of Companion Diagnostics and Biomarkers at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Cambridge, MA. Geoffrey M. then moved to Rubius Therapeutics as the Director of Translational Medicine from 2019 to 2023, and is currently the Senior Director of Biomarkers at Celsius Therapeutics.

Geoffrey M. Kuesters received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Delivery Systems from Northeastern University in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from Boston College in 2001.
