Marie - Josée Cantin

Marie-Josée Cantin, CPA, CGA, CTP, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at CEMATRIX since February 2024. Prior to this role, Marie-Josée held various finance-related positions at Bird Construction from May 2012 to February 2024, culminating in the role of Director of Finance, and including titles such as Controller for Alberta and Senior Manager of Finance. Earlier career experience includes positions at Transcontinental, where Marie-Josée progressed from Press Apprentice to Accounting Supervisor. Education credentials include a Certified Treasury Professional designation from The Association for Finance Professionals, a CGA in Accounting from the Certified General Accountants' Association of Alberta, and a Bachelor of Applied Degree in Business Administration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, where studies focused on Accounting and Information Technologies.
