Michael Boskell (Mike)

Michael (Mike) Boskell is an accomplished Maintenance Reliability Engineer with extensive experience across multiple industries, including mining, food processing, and pharmaceuticals. Currently at Cement Australia since September 2020, Michael manages a reliability team focused on downtime reviews and pareto analysis. Prior to this role, Michael spent nearly a decade at Tasmanian Alkaloids Pty Ltd., specializing in data analysis, machinery condition monitoring, and compliance management for safety valves and pressure vessels. Michael's career also includes significant contributions as a Condition Monitoring and Reliability Engineer with Gleeson & Associates, where consultation services and vibration analysis were pivotal. Earlier, Michael established a vibration condition monitoring service at Alpha Electrics. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology.
