Friedrich Michael Bayer

Friedrich Michael Bayer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in materials development, operational excellence, and project management. Since May 2013, Friedrich has served as Senior Manager of Materials Development at CEMEX Deutschland AG, focusing on concrete promotion, maintenance, projects, and investments. Prior to this role, Friedrich held positions including Manager of Operational Excellence & Maintenance and Project Manager. Friedrich's earlier experience includes a tenure as a Student Assistant at Fraunhofer IOSB from September 2010 to December 2011. Friedrich holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, completed between 2016 and 2020, as well as a Master's degree in Geologie und Erd-/Geowissenschaften from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), earned from 2008 to 2013.
