Marlon Ventulan

Marlon Ventulan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Area Manager for CEMEX Holdings Philippines, Inc. since August 2020, and as Human Resources Area Manager for Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines Inc. since April 2018. Marlon has successfully managed various HR functions including performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and training development. Previous roles include Region Human Resources Executive at Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines, where Marlon reduced turnover rates from 30% to 3% and facilitated significant employee engagement initiatives. Marlon holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Philippines and has demonstrated leadership in challenging situations, such as guiding employees through the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan.
