Prudente Parcia

Prudente Parcia, MPA, MDM, CPP, currently serves as Country Security Manager at CEMEX Holdings Philippines, Inc. since October 2019, bringing extensive experience in security management from previous roles including Security Manager 2 at Wells Fargo and Head of the Physical Security Division at UnionBank of the Philippines. Prudente's career began in the military with various leadership positions, including Tactical Officer at the Philippine Military Academy and Operations Officer in the Philippine Marine Corps. In addition to practical experience, Prudente holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Master's Degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the Philippine Military Academy.
