Damir Vucicic

Damir Vucicic is an experienced professional with a robust background in maintenance and project management within the cement industry, primarily at CEMEX Hrvatska since 2004. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager, Damir has held various significant roles, including Maintenance and Projects Manager and Plant Director, where responsibilities included overseeing teams, managing investments, optimizing processes, and enhancing product quality. Damir is a former national team athlete, representing in rowing, and boasts numerous achievements including participation in the Athens Olympics. Educational qualifications include a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, an EMBA from COTRUGLI Business School, and a Master’s degree in cement and concrete production, among others.
