Javed Mirza Masood

Javed Mirza Masood has extensive experience in operations management and site supervision within the construction and ready-mix concrete industries. Since December 2004, Javed has served as the Ready Mix Operations Manager at CEMEX, where responsibilities include coordinating production processes, maximizing asset utilization, and collaborating with sales and maintenance departments to achieve organizational targets. Previously held positions at CEMEX include Operations Superintendent and Production Supervisor, overseeing major projects such as the Dubai Mall. Prior to CEMEX, Javed worked as a Site Supervisor at Al Taqwa Engineering & Contracting and CP Constructions Pvt Ltd, managing infrastructure projects, supervising concrete works, and ensuring compliance with municipal procedures. Javed holds a B.Sc in Chemistry from the University of Lucknow and a Higher Secondary Certificate from Kali Charan Inter College.
