Maximiliano Arias

Maximiliano Arias is an experienced Agile Lead currently working at Cemex and NEORIS, overseeing multiple teams and implementing agile frameworks for a multinational company. Previously, Maximiliano served as a Digital Project Manager and Scrum Master at OneSeven Tech and Butchershop® Global, where responsibilities included managing various projects related to web and mobile app development, design, and agile coaching for international clients.
