Rodrigo Morales Fernández Rafaelly

Rodrigo Morales Fernández Rafaelly is a seasoned professional in strategic planning and financial analysis, currently serving as a Corporate Strategic Planning Advisor at CEMEX since July 2022. In this role, Rodrigo analyzes potential investment opportunities, prepares strategic portfolio analyses for the Executive Vice-Presidency, and develops financial models using Key Performance Indicators. Prior to CEMEX, Rodrigo held the position of Strategic Planning Lead at GRUPO LAMOSA, where responsibilities included supporting the global strategic planning process for the tile division and assisting the CAPEX authorization process. Additional experience includes serving as Strategic Planning Coordinator at Red Ambiental and Economic and Financial Analyst at MG-RISK, where Rodrigo developed financial models and prepared economic reports. Rodrigo holds a Master of Finance degree from EGADE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
