Aditya Amle has extensive work experience in project management roles. ◉ Aditya started their career in 2008 as a Production Incharge at Tas PowerTek Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for production planning and control. ◉ Aditya then worked as a Software Developer at Mangalyam Software Solutions, where they designed, developed, and tested software components.

In 2011, Aditya worked as a Management Trainee at Everest Wealth Solutions (P) Ltd, where they analyzed commodity markets using candlestick charts, statistical tools, and the Relative Strength Index indicator. ◉ Aditya also gained experience as a Project Management Trainee at Candico (I) Ltd, where they implemented a Total Quality Management System for two processes.

In 2012, Aditya joined Reliance Industries Limited as a Project Management Trainee and was involved in Lean Six Sigma Project Management. Their responsibilities included defining project scope, scheduling, cost estimation, team coordination, and effective team management.

Aditya then moved on to Artificial Machines as a Project Manager, where they managed software projects developed on various platforms such as Java, J2EE, PHP, Drupal, and more. ◉ Aditya later joined OAB Studios as a Project Manager and continued managing projects until December 2017.

Currently, Aditya is working at Cemtrex Inc. as an Associate Product Manager. ◉ Aditya started in August 2021 and is responsible for product management. Prior to this role, Aditya served as a Senior Project Manager at Cemtrex Inc. from July 2018 to January 2023, where they led and managed projects.

Aditya Amle obtained an S.S.C. degree from Keshav Nagar High School in Nagpur in 2002. In 2005, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they completed in 2008. From 2002 to 2005, Aditya also obtained a Polytechnic Diploma in Electronics & Communication from Late Vasantdada Polytechnic in Nagpur.

After their bachelor's degree, Aditya pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations Management & Financial Management from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies & Research in Deekshabhoomi, Nagpur. They completed their MBA program in 2012. During this time, they also obtained additional certifications, including an Advanced Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in June 2012 and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Reliance Industries Limited in March 2012.

Prior to their higher education, Aditya also obtained certifications in web page designing and information technology from the Maharashtra State Board of Vocational Examinations in July 2003 and January 2003, respectively.
