Adrienne Sullivan has held various positions in the field of talent acquisition and employer branding. Adrienne is currently the Vice President of Talent Attraction & Experience at Cencora, starting in August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Talent Attraction and Acquisition at Thermo Fisher Scientific from January 2021 to July 2023, where they led a talented team in developing innovative solutions for talent attraction and engagement. Before that, they held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition - Global Employer Brand Leader at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they successfully implemented various recruitment marketing strategies and initiatives. Adrienne also has experience working at TMP Worldwide and Bernard HODES Group, where they took on roles such as Director of Client Strategy and Account Supervisor, respectively. Adrienne Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Communications from Loyola University Maryland in 1999. Adrienne also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Advertising from the same university during the same time period. In 1997 to 1998, they studied Marketing at KU Leuven.
