Carl le Bault

Carl Le Bault has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and management. Carl'smost recent role was as the Senior Director of International Talent Acquisition at Cencora, where they were responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy across EMEA and APAC. Prior to that, they served as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Lowell, overseeing talent and employer branding in Nordic, UK, and Dach regions. Carl also worked as the Global Director of Talent at Feedzai and the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Ericsson. Carl has experience in leading teams, developing talent strategies, and optimizing recruitment processes. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Digicel Group, BMC Software, Grafton Recruitment Ireland, REED, Cotter Personnel, and Quest Recruitment.

Carl Le Bault pursued their education in Journalism from 2001 to 2004 at the Dun Laoghaire Further Education Institute. Later, in 2007 to 2008, they studied Human Resource Management at Dublin Business School, specializing in this field of study.
