Erin Plourde

Erin Plourde is a CX Strategist and Product Designer II at Cencora, with extensive experience in user experience design and research. Prior roles include Associate Senior User Experience Designer and User Experience Designer at Cerner Corporation, as well as User Experience Design Intern at Ascensia Diabetes Care. Additionally, Erin served as a Design Researcher at the University of Kansas: Center for Design Research and as a Service Design Intern at BJC HealthCare. Erin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Industrial and Product Design with an emphasis in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas, earned between 2014 and 2018.
