Jennifer Dubas

Jennifer Dubas has a diverse work experience in compliance and legal roles. Jennifer is currently working at Cencora as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, a position they started in August 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at AmerisourceBergen from September 2022 to present. Jennifer also served as a Vice President and Senior Compliance Officer at AmerisourceBergen from January 2019 to September 2022. Additionally, Jennifer has experience as a Board Member at Mount Saint Joseph Academy since July 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked at Endo Pharmaceuticals as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer from October 2016 to May 2018, as well as the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel from June 2011 to May 2018. Before joining Endo, Jennifer worked as a Corporate Counsel at Pfizer from October 2009 to June 2011 and as a Senior Attorney from 2005 to 2009. Jennifer started their career as an Associate at Dechert LLP in 2000.

Jennifer Dubas received their High School Diploma from Mount Saint Joseph Academy in 1993. Jennifer then went on to complete their Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology at Bryn Mawr College from 1993 to 1997. Jennifer further pursued their education at Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from 1997 to 2000.
