Joe Vadakara

Joe Vadakara, PharmD, MBA, MPH, FACHE, currently serves as the Senior Director of Health Systems Patient Access at AmerisourceBergen since October 2023. Previously, Joe held the position of Executive Pharmacy Director at Duly Health and Care from August 2022 to September 2023 and worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at EDWARD HINES JR. HOSPITAL from July 2011 to December 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Pharmacy Director at Loyola Medicine from 2019 to August 2022 and Director of Pharmacy Services at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital & MacNeal Hospital/Loyola University Health System/Trinity Health from April 2015 to 2019. Joe began the career as a Medication Safety/Clinical Pharmacist at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital and worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at MacNeal Hospital and Kindred Healthcare. Joe holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Midwestern University, an MBA, and an MPH from Benedictine University.
