Lauren Landers

Lauren Landers has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lauren is currently working as the Vice President - Global HR Transformation at Cencora since December 2022. Prior to that, they held various senior positions at AmerisourceBergen, including Senior Director - Global HR Transformation Lead from January 2022 to December 2022, Senior Director Human Resources Business Partner from October 2020 to January 2022, Senior Human Resources Business Partner from November 2017 to October 2020, and Human Resources Business Partner from April 2015 to November 2017. Earlier in their career, they served as a Process Improvement Manager at AmerisourceBergen from July 2013 to April 2015 and a Human Resources Project Manager from September 2012 to July 2013. Before joining AmerisourceBergen, Lauren Landers worked at Shire Pharmaceuticals as a Human Resources Project Manager from March 2012 to September 2012 and as an HR Project Management Associate II from July 2010 to March 2012. Lauren also worked as a Human Resources Service Delivery Specialist II at Shire Pharmaceuticals from February 2010 to September 2010. Lauren Landers started their career as a Sr HR Coordinator at Shire Pharmaceuticals from August 2007 to February 2010.

Lauren Landers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Science from Penn State University. Lauren also has a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. Additionally, Lauren has obtained certifications including the SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2013.
