Veronica Kreemer

Veronica Kreemer has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily as a business analyst and project manager. Veronica started their career at Nationwide Insurance in 1992, where they managed finances, assets, personnel, and vendors for projects. Veronica then worked at the Cessna Aircraft Company as a Manager in the MIS Business Office, where they led asset management and contract services projects. Veronica then joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Mortgage Consultant before moving on to SCC Soft Computer, where they managed upgrade projects for laboratory information system products. Veronica later worked at Elavon, Inc. as a Senior Business Analyst, advocating for multiple operations-facing MIS projects. Prior to their current role, they were a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager at Bankers Financial Corporation, where they played a key role in the Ignite transformation project. Currently, Veronica is the Lead Business Solutions Analyst for the Nova TMS Project at Cencora, responsible for leading the business requirements for the replacement of a legacy transportation management system.

Veronica Kreemer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, which they obtained in 1990. Veronica later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Dayton, completing it in 2000. In addition to their formal education, Veronica has obtained various certifications, including LCS Level 1a from the Lean Competency System in 2023, "Developing a Learning Mindset" from LinkedIn in 2022, and "Dynamic Ruleset" from MercuryGate International in 2020. Veronica is also a Certified SAFe4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. (2018) and has completed TMS Administration Training from MercuryGate International in 2017. Veronica has also participated in the Lean Office and Service Certificate Program from the University of Michigan, though the year of completion is unspecified.
