Beatriz Margarita Leal Ramos

Beatriz Margarita Leal Ramos is a UX manager and Principal Research Lead at Cencosud S.A. since June 2022. Beatriz has an extensive teaching portfolio at the Catholic University of Chile, focusing on advanced design, design, gender and feminist perspectives, and digital strategies. Additionally, Beatriz teaches at Adolfo Ibáñez University and Catholic University of Valparaíso, specializing in research and user experience. Previous roles include Senior UX Consultant at the Public Innovation Laboratory UC and Head of Research and Design Strategy at Medible. Beatriz holds a Master's degree in Advanced Design and a Master's in Strategic Communication from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, along with several diplomas in related fields. Beatriz earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
