Baba Farooq Renumanu

Baba Farooq Renumanu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Baba Farooq began their career as a Technical Support Representative at Dell International Services in 2003 and gradually moved up the ranks to become a Technical Support Expert and later a Technical Support Coach, providing leadership and mentoring to the team. In 2007, they joined Paradigm Infotech as a Team Lead in Technical Support, where they focused on delivering customer value and managing client relationships. From 2009 to 2015, Baba worked at VSoft Technologies, initially as a Specialist in Product Support and later as a Manager in Product Support and Implementation, where they built subject-matter expertise and engaged with senior management for strategy planning. In 2015, Baba joined Kore.ai as a Manager in Bots & Messaging Platform Support, where they focused on building secure mobile enterprise communication products. Baba Farooq then joined Pegasus in 2018 as a Senior Manager in Customer Success, helping hotels increase direct bookings and maximize revenue. Lastly, Baba joined Cendyn in 2022, serving as an Associate Director in Client Support Services and later as a Senior Manager in Customer Success, where they played a key role in the merger of Cendyn and Pegasus and aligned marketing, sales, and revenue teams for optimal performance in the hospitality industry.

Baba Farooq Renumanu's education history began in 1997 when they enrolled at Vijaywada Nalanda College of Sciences and Arts. Baba Farooq pursued a degree in MPC (Maths, Physics, Chemistry) and completed their studies in 1999. Following that, from 1999 to 2002, Baba Farooq attended Aurora's Degree and PG College, where they obtained a B.Sc (MSCs) in Maths, Statistics, and Computer Science.

Continuing their educational journey, Baba Farooq Renumanu enrolled at G.Pulla Reddy Degree and PG College from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they pursued an M.Sc (C.Sc) in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Baba Farooq Renumanu has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Some of these certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in September 2020, and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from TÜV SÜD South Asia, obtained in July 2015. Baba Farooq also holds certifications in PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in March 2015, and a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2014. Furthermore, Baba Farooq holds an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN, obtained in October 2013.
