Amber Barajas has worked for a variety of companies since 2009. Her first job was with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they held positions as a Front Desk Operations (Hotel Managing Assistant), an intern in the Banquets and Catering Department, and a mentee of Executive Pastry Chef Jean Luc Daul. From 2011-2012, they worked as a Nanny and Baker for Nannies & Housekeepers USA and Bruegger's Bagels, respectively, while attending the University of Nevada-Las Vegas as a full-time student. Amber also served as an Ambassador for Career Services at UNLV during this time. In 2011, they took a job as a Restaurant Host at Tom Colicchio's Craft Steak at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. Finally, in 2016, Amber began working for Cenegenics, where they held roles as Regional Client Experience Supervisor, Member Experience Lead, and Corporate Services Coordinator (Executive Assistant).
Amber Barajas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration with a field of study in Culinary Arts Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas between 2009 and 2013. Amber also holds a CPR and AED Certification from CPR and More.
