Dr. Raymond Ishman has worked in the medical field since 1987. Raymond began their career as an Emergency Department Staff Physician at Ephrata Community Hospital. In 2003, they joined AtlantiCare as President of the AtlantiCare Physicians Group and as an Urgent Care Physician and Family Practice Physician. In 2006, they became the CEO and Chief Medical Officer of The Ishman Center for Age Management - A Cenegenics Affiliate. In 2009, they founded and became the President of Cenegenics Philadelphia.

Raymond Ishman, M.D. began their education in 1972 when they earned a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. In 1977, they graduated from Jefferson Medical College with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. Raymond then completed a Family Practice Residency at Geisinger Medical Center from 1981 to 1984. From 1984 to 1998, they were Board Certified by the American Academy of Family Practice. Raymond was also Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine from 1990 to 2020. Finally, they obtained Training and Certification in Age Management Management from Cenegenics Medical Institute from 2005 to 2025.
