Charese Hoy

Charese Hoy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer retention and patient care. Currently serving as a Customer Retention Manager at Ensurian since July 2018, Charese also works as a Patient Care Technician at the Atlanta Center for Medical Research since 2012, where responsibilities include monitoring schizophrenic patients and managing discharges and check-ins. Previously, Charese provided administrative support at Westwood College for a brief period in 2012, excelling in paperwork management and communication tasks. Charese holds an Associate Degree in Occupational Science, specializing as a Medical/Clinical Assistant, from Westwood College-Northlake, obtained between 2010 and 2012.
