Russ Sullivan

Russ Sullivan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Russ began their career as a Shoe Manager at Nordstrom, where they managed several shoe departments. Russ then worked at Sprint as an HRD Specialist, where they onboarded and oriented new hires to customer service processes and technical systems, resulting in increased customer retention and reduced employee attrition.

Afterwards, Russ joined Echostar as the Head of Global Learning and Development, where they built a world-class Learning and Development department and led leadership training programs for managers, directors, and executives worldwide. Russ then worked at Air Methods as the Director of Organizational Development, where they focused on performance improvement and delivered training and succession planning for pilots and healthcare professionals.

Following that, Russ worked at Oasis Outsourcing as an HR Training and Product Development specialist. Russ then joined RK as a Manager of Learning and Development, where they developed and implemented programs and processes to reduce turnover and increase engagement for a large organization in the construction and manufacturing industry.

Russ then joined Advanced Medical Integration as a Professional Development Manager, where they focused on helping medical clinics treat patients holistically and set them up for success. Russ then moved on to Cliantha Research Limited, where they served as the Head of Human Resources, responsible for ensuring integrity in clinical research services.

Currently, Russ is the Director of Organizational Development and Engagement at CenExel, where they are dedicated to improving organizational development and engagement.

Russ Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Arts in OD with a focus on Leadership/Communication from Regis University in 2017. Russ also obtained a Master's degree in Being Human from The School of Hard Knocks between 2000 and 2028. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including being a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor from the American Heart Association in 2020 and a Certified Predictive Index Analyst in 2018. Russ is also a Suicide Prevention Awareness Facilitator from Whispering Minds in 2018. Russ received certifications in DISC from Wiley Education Services in 2017, Myers Briggs from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2016, and Situational Leadership from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2010.
