Kaila Dollard

Kaila Dollard is an experienced professional in education and academic engagement, currently serving as an Associate Training and Engagement Specialist at Cengage Group since January 2023, where the focus is on empowering educators and academic institutions to effectively utilize Gale's digital resources. Previously, Kaila worked as a Customer Success Manager at Gale, facilitating the connection between educational resources and users, ensuring effective product use. Other notable experiences include serving as Assistant to the Editor for the Journal of Urban History at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, moderating virtual classrooms at Varsity Tutors, and contributing as an Education and Impact Intern at the Smithsonian Institution.
