Mimi Miller

Mimi Miller is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Cengage. Prior to their work at Cengage, Miller was the Director of Human Resources at Euro-Pro from June 2010 to January 2011. In this role, they were responsible for formulating and administering HR policies, programs, and practices for North American offices. Mimi also managed all Employee Relations issues for North American headcount of 200 and was responsible for recognition and robust career development opportunities within the organization.

From January 2011 to March 2014, Miller worked as the Director of HR Business Partner at Omgeo. In this role, they provided HR support to the Product, Technology, Global Finance and Corporate Services, Information Services and Security, and Legal departments consisting of 300+ employees and 150+ offshore resources located in multiple offices in five countries. Mimi also led integration efforts related to Human Resources and company processes for acquired company. Additionally, they assisted and provided ongoing support to acquired company using an incubation model rather than full integration.
