Rebecca Stephenson

Rebecca Stephenson, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of work experience. Rebecca'smost recent position was at Higginbotham, where they worked as a Senior Director in HR Services. Prior to that, they held various roles at the same company, including HR Services Consulting Director, HR Consulting Training Manager, and Senior Human Resources Consultant.

Before joining Higginbotham, Rebecca worked at Paycor as a Major Market Sales Executive. Rebecca also has experience at ADP, where they worked as a Client District Manager for Major Accounts and as a Workforce Management Consultant for Major Accounts.

Additionally, Rebecca has entrepreneurial experience as a Small Business (Franchise) Owner at TSS Photography. Rebecca was responsible for serving Bexar and contiguous counties, photographing approximately 15,000 kids each year.

Earlier in their career, Rebecca worked as an Account Manager at Trader Media Group, handling print advertising sales for regional travel magazines. Rebecca also worked as an Account Executive at Clear Channel International.

Rebecca Stephenson, PHR, SHRM-CP, completed their BA in Communications with a focus on Speech Communications and Public Speaking from Texas State University, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including the PHR and SHRM-CP from HRCI, and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management from HRCI in 2022.
