Rukiye Karabal

Rukiye Karabal currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Cengiz Holding A.Ş since May 2023 and is the Founder and HR Consultant at Talent Code since September 2020. Previously, Rukiye held the position of Human Resources Director at RÖNESANS HOLDİNG from September 2014 to December 2022, overseeing talent management processes and competency assessments. Rukiye's experience also includes roles as General Manager at Bir Adım Var Vakfı from July 2020 to September 2022 and various HR positions at Turk Telekom, where responsibilities encompassed leadership development, career management, and talent assessment. Educationally, Rukiye holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Career Consulting from Ankara University and a Bachelor’s degree from Gazi University.
