Sedat Tilki

Sedat Tilki currently serves as the Deputy Director of Finance at Cengiz Holding A.Ş, a leading Turkish conglomerate with a significant presence in construction, energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors. With experience at PwC Turkey as a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance, Sedat focused on business valuations and financial feasibility analyses for M&A transactions and investments. Prior to that, Sedat worked at Ernst & Young as an Audit Senior, managing external audits and preparing reports in compliance with BRSA Regulations and IFRS. Sedat's career began with roles such as Manager Assistant and Sales Intern, following an education in Economics and Management from The London School of Economics and Istanbul Bilgi University.
