Nayda McKain

Nayda McKain has extensive experience in human resources and operations, holding leadership positions in various organizations. Currently serving as VP and HR Business Partner at Cenlar FSB since January 2019, Nayda previously held the role of Director of Operations, HR and Administration at Mercy Diagnostics from August 2017 to January 2019. Prior to that, Nayda worked at Fannie Mae for over 17 years in multiple capacities, including Director of Business Administration and Project Management and Human Resources Business Partner. Nayda's career also includes serving as Human Resources Director at AIG Life and as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities encompassed providing HR consulting for a large international workforce. Nayda holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
