Alys Matthews

Alys Matthews is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various human resources roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP, HR Business Partner at Verifone since July 2025, Alys previously held the position of VP, People & Culture / Head of HR at TeePublic from December 2022 to April 2025. Alys spent nearly six years at LiveRamp, advancing from Director, People Business Partner to earlier roles as People Business Partner and People Business Partner Manager. Additional experience includes roles as a People Consultant and Talent Operations Specialist, as well as HR Coordinator at Hornblower, HR Specialist at Vodafone Ireland, and Communications Intern at Talk in the Bay. Alys holds a BSc. in Psychology (Hons) from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Level 3 Counseling Psychology qualification from Gower College.
