Ruthann Redmon

Ruthann Redmon, MBA, CRCM has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Ruthann currently holds the position of Director of Compliance, Fair Lending and Fair Servicing at Cenlar FSB since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, Fair Lending at First National Bank of Omaha from December 2021 to August 2022. Ruthann also served as the Senior Compliance Manager, Fair Lending / Fair Mortgage Servicing at Cenlar FSB from April 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining Cenlar FSB, Ruthann was the Senior Fair Banking Program Manager at Discover Financial Services from July 2020 to October 2020. Ruthann also took a career break from April 2019 to July 2020 to attend to their parents' estate matters and focus on their farmland. During this break, they gained various certifications and accomplishments in areas like digital marketing strategies and project management.

Prior to their career break, Ruthann held senior-level positions at BBVA Compass, Springleaf Financial Services, USBancorp, and Wells Fargo Bank, NA. At BBVA Compass, they served as the Senior Vice President, Fair and Responsible Banking from October 2014 to April 2019. Ruthann also worked as the VP, Fair and Responsible Lending and Servicing, AML Officer at Springleaf Financial Services from November 2013 to July 2014. At USBancorp, they held the role of Regulatory Compliance Manager - Fair Lending Compliance Analytics Group from December 2008 to November 2013.

Ruthann started their career at Wells Fargo, where they worked in various roles from 2002 to 2008. Ruthann served as the Vice President and Manager, Enterprise Risk Management from July 2006 to June 2008 and as a Compliance Consultant in the Legal Department from October 2002 to June 2006.

Ruthann Redmon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Saint Louis University, completed from 1997 to 1999. In 2019, Redmon obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing Strategies from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Also in 2019, they completed the Project Management Institute's Agile Certified Practitioner exam prep course at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Redmon's Bachelor of Science degree, with a focus on Marketing and Business Administration, was obtained from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. In addition, Redmon has the certification of Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).
