Rhona Delfrari

Rhona DelFrari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as Chief Sustainability Officer & EVP Stakeholder Engagement at Cenovus Energy since December 2009. DelFrari's leadership focuses on integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into business strategy while collaborating with Indigenous communities and various stakeholders. Prior roles include Vice-President of Sustainability & Engagement, Principal of Strategy, and Director of External Communications/Media Relations. Additionally, DelFrari contributes as a Steering Committee Member for Pathways Alliance and as a Senior Advisor to the Board at Lawcubator. Academic credentials include a Global Energy executive MBA from Haskayne School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Carleton University.
